Your APFA Negotiating Committee is hosting a virtual Negotiations Town Hall on Wednesday, January 18th, from 2 pm until 3 pm (CT). The Negotiating Committee will be discussing the status of negotiations.
Negotiations continued in November and December. During these sessions, the company and APFA exchanged updated proposals on Section 10- Scheduling. APFA also passed our opening proposal on Section 12 – Reserve.

During this session, the Company passed its third version of Section 10 – Scheduling, which contained both rejections of our proposed items and substantive changes that are eye-opening to say the least.
We must maximize our power. Our power is in our numbers, and we fully intend to stand together across Unions in solidarity.
