As reported in the press, Pilots represented by the Allied Pilots Association (APA) reached an agreement in principle with American Airlines management after long fought negotiations. We congratulate APA on reaching an agreement, subject to finalizing language and Pilot ratification.

Your APFA Negotiating Committee is hosting a virtual Negotiations Town Hall tomorrow, May 18th, from 2Â pm until 3Â pm (CT). The Negotiating Committee will be discussing the status of negotiations.
We are in the advanced stages of bargaining with American Airlines. APFA passed our economic proposal to the company on March 7th, 2023.
Your APFA Negotiating Committee is hosting a virtual Negotiations Town Hall on Thursday, May 18th, from 2 pm until 3 pm (CT). The Negotiating Committee will be discussing the status of negotiations.
We are scheduled to meet with the company two weeks every month through September and will be joined by the mediator for fifteen of those sessions. In April, we continued bargaining with the company to work on the outstanding issues in Section 10-Scheduling and Section 12-Reserve.
Thank you to everyone every who joined us on the picket line throughout the system on April 4th. The “We Are Ready!” luggage tags are in the mail to each Flight Attendant’s address on file with APFA.

Last week, APFA Headquarters sent two “We Are Ready!” luggage tags to each Flight Attendant’s address on file with APFA. These luggage tags are another way to show our commitment to continue the fight to secure the contract that we deserve.
