Our Fight, Our Win:
Pay Raises, Reserve Improvements and Transparency

Today marks a major milestone in our Contract implementation, with several important improvements taking effect today. From wage raises, per diem, sit rig and hotel penalty pay, to new protections and scheduling enhancements, these gains were not automatic—they are the direct result of Flight Attendants standing together and fighting for the contract we deserve. Our unity at the bargaining table made these wins possible, and today we see the results of that solidarity in action.

Compensation/ Expense Increases Effective October 1, 2025Effective today, Flight Attendants receive a 2.75% wage increase, along with corresponding increases to our Boarding Pay Premium, 401(k) contribution and match, and an increase to per diem.

Increased Scheduling Transparency 

Greater transparency within our scheduling systems has been a longstanding request. Today, we take a significant step forward with improvements that make scheduling more open, predictable, and accessible.

Some enhancements include:

• RAP and Standby forecasts, which help Reserve Flight Attendants gain insight into next day staffing prior to bidding in ROTA.
• A Standby Callout Report, which offers real-time updates for Standby Reserve Flight Attendants.
• A Running Reserve Report showing tomorrow’s Reserve forecast before ROTA runs. After ROTA runs, RAP assignments will be added to the report. This report supplements the Daily Callout Report, which will remain a resource for Reserve Flight Attendants.

• A UBL Run Summary which allows you to select a base and date to view all UBL runs including the time run, and any awarded or unawarded sequences in the run. This summary will also display trips transferred between bases.

These new reports give us the clarity we need to better prepare and plan our schedules. We hope you will find these new enhancements helpful.

Reserve Updates

• Reserve Last Sequence/ Series, Reserve ETB release time changes, and Reserve days off trading in TTS may be found here.
• A new Standby Callout Report is now available, which includes all Reserves in a base on Standby, including the report time, end time, location for co-terminals or bases with Standby in multiple terminals, available number of Reserve days, activity, and RSVCOT (Reserve calling out of time hours). Voluntary Extension (VE)

• Voluntary Extension (VE) now has a limit on how long you may be required to remain on duty after accepting VE. Click here to read more and learn how to express interest, accept, or reject VE in the Electronic Communication System (ECS).

ETB Sequences on Pay Protected Days

• Beginning today, you’re able to pick up a sequence from ETB on a day you are pay protected as long as the ETB sequence does not overlap the footprint of the removed trip. Click here for more information and examples.

Last Live Leg (LLL) Now Processed in ECS

• Last Live Leg (LLL) requests are now processed through ECS. Click hereto learn more.

UBL Updates/ Transferred Trips

• UBL is now processing same-day origination trades for the next day up until 1500 HBT. You will be able to trade your sequence for the next day for any other sequence originating on the same day as long as it is the same number of days or greater. Click here for more information.
• A new UBL Run Summary is now available in TTS under the History tab. This new report will allow you to select a base and date to view all UBL runs including the time run, any awarded sequences, and unawarded sequences in the run. What’s Next for Contract Implementation?

Contract implementation remains a top priority, and we’re proud to report that every item so far has been rolled out either on time or ahead of schedule. As we move forward, we will continue holding management accountable to ensure all remaining provisions are implemented correctly and as efficiently as possible.

Many of you are asking when certain provisions in the CBA will take effect. Some have already been implemented, while others are scheduled in the months ahead. To keep you informed, we’ve compiled a list of the most frequently asked-about items with their anticipated rollout dates.
