The company’s current Attendance Policy includes three critical periods throughout the year. Thanksgiving: the Wednesday prior through the Sunday after Thanksgiving (November 26, 2025 – November 30, 2025). Christmas: December 22, 2025 – January 3, 2026. July 1 – 7, 2026.
In accordance with CBA 3.K, Flight Attendants will receive Holiday Pay for the flight legs you work that touch designated holiday days. Holiday Pay will be paid to all Flight Attendants, both Lineholders and Reserves, working on a designated holiday, regardless of how you obtained the trip.

One month has passed since the implementation of the revised descent procedures, and we wanted to take a moment to revisit why these changes were made and why they remain so important. These procedures were not created simply to change the way we work.
