The Electronic Communication System (ECS) was updated to version 2.4 on the evening of July 22, 2025. This update introduces a new feature that allows you to contact Hotel/Limo directly through ECS for accommodation and transportation needs.

One of the hard-fought provisions we secured in our new contract is sit rig pay. As stated in this May 13th CIC hotline, Management is disputing how this pay is calculated for reserve Flight Attendants on a reserve day who don’t reach the 75-hour monthly reserve guarantee.
