The APFA Contract and Scheduling Departments have seen an alarming uptick in three types of scheduling issues that are contract violations: Tagging (adding additional flying after the completion of a sequence)- Non-compliance with CBA 10.J and 12.O. etc

Beginning tomorrow, UBL will begin processing same-day origination trades for the next day up until 1500 HBT. You will be able to trade your sequence for the next day for any other sequence originating on the same day as long as it is the same number of days or greater.
Yesterday, the company announced updates to the Flight Attendant Fatigue Risk Management Plan (FRMP) which will go into effect on October 1, 2025. APFA initiated a Letter of Agreement in 2023 that required the company to meet with the Union to discuss the FRMP

In accordance with CBA 25.B, full month, unpaid Voluntary Leaves of Absence (VLOAs) are being offered for the October 2025 bid month at all bases. Bidding for October 2025 full month, unpaid VLOAs opened today, Wednesday, September 3 at 1200 (CT).

Union organizing is gaining momentum across the United States. Since 2021, petitions for Union elections filed with the NLRB have more than doubled. At the same time, public support for Unions has climbed to 70%—the highest level in nearly six decades.
