Rescheduling notifications are now live in ECS for: When a Flight Attendant experiences a disruption after report but prior to origination (CBA 10.J.3.d), Crew Scheduling has either four (4) hours after report time or three (3) hours after the disruption

One of the best Reserve improvements in the CBA has been the implementation of 11.G. – Standby Reserve Duty Limitations. The new language in 11.G requires that standby reserve duty limitations are calculated based on the report time of the standby shift
Coverage Needed (CN) is a term applied to any day in a bid month when not enough Flight Attendants bid in PBS to fly on that day. PBS will award as many Flight Attendants as possible to be off on a particular day.

We are hearing reports about reserve acknowledgement issues. Some Reserve Flight Attendants are acknowledging assignments in Crew Portal but are given missed trips when the acknowledgement is not accurately recorded.

One month has passed since the implementation of the revised descent procedures, and we wanted to take a moment to revisit why these changes were made and why they remain so important. These procedures were not created simply to change the way we work.
