Starting Wednesday, May 6, 2026, if you are disrupted, you will receive an ECS notification (instead of a phone call) for the following disruptions: disruptions that occur after report but prior to origination (CBA 10.J.3.d), and disruptions that occur after origination (CBA 10.J.4.c).

The most requested PBS property is now ready for testing! Prefer Positions Order Per Aircraft is a new PBS property negotiated in the 2024 CBA that allows you to specify a position order preference on different types of aircraft.
Beginning February 1st, 2025, the company changed their Intermittent FMLA recertification process to require updated medical support every six months. With this change, we’ve seen a recurrence of Flight Attendants missing requests for updated medical support
